Last night we went to a Rag and Bone party.
For such a small city, Boston definitely has it's fair share of tastemakers, all of whom seemed to jump at the chance to talk to two of New York's best known designers.
I was a bit out of place, amongst the droves of older women and men, but had a good time nonetheless. Fact: fashion in New York, Los Angeles, et al. is about youth culture, something that generally isn't true here in Boston - where the old and the young can be found commingling at events such as the one last night.

At the party, I was lucky enough to get the chance to interview jewelry designer, writer and fashion television producer, Tonya Mezrich (I'll have that posted very, very soon!), and get the opportunity to chat with the brains behind Rag and Bone: Marcus Wainwright and David Neville. They were incredibly interesting to talk with, and were unbelievably charming, modest, and very british.
I also met Adrienne, who works for Marcus and David. Below is a photo of the nifty way she tied her shoes.... I like.
